This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Identify Top Talent: Source senior-level and highly specialized candidates for prominent global businesses in European and international markets.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate and interview candidates to ensure that we present only the finest to our clients.
• Stay Informed: Remain updated on industry trends and guarantee that candidates meet the highest standards through innovative evaluation techniques.
• Network Effectively: Establish robust connections both online and offline to enhance our employer brand and attract top-tier professionals in the industry.
• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing quality candidates and conducting interviews on platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Skype.
• Communication Expert: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Industry Understanding: Strong grasp of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Networking Expert: Determination and a proven track record in building and maintaining a robust network.
• Nice to Have: Experience in a rapidly growing tech organization.
• Additional language skills (German or Russian are advantageous!)
• Prior experience in client communication.
