This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• At the outset, your primary focus will be on candidate sourcing, job postings, and managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• As you progress, you will acquire skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and comprehensive recruitment.
• Your duties will be categorized into two segments: Recruitment Services (for Employers & Clients) and Executive Career Coaching Services (for Executives & Job Seekers).
• You will conduct pre-screening interviews, administer assessments, and facilitate final interviews.
• Enhance candidates' CVs and job board profiles.
• Support end-to-end recruitment as you gain more experience.
• Prior experience in global end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for both IT and non-IT roles is essential.
• Familiarity with Naukri and other job boards for IT and non-IT positions is a must.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews is required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word for formatting and editing CVs.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and evolve into a full-cycle recruiter.
