This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies that emphasize speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
• Actively source candidates and develop talent pipelines through innovative strategies and community outreach.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to grasp workforce requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Serve as an external expert in the employment market, offering guidance on talent trends, competitor strategies, and sourcing techniques.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Enhance recruitment technology and tools to boost efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including conducting intake sessions, facilitating interviews, and leading post-interview evaluations.
• Examine recruiting data and performance indicators to pinpoint areas for process enhancement.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
• Persuade stakeholders with data-driven insights and strategic advice on best practices in talent acquisition.
• Engage in employer branding initiatives and community outreach to fortify talent pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• Over 5 years of corporate recruiting experience; agency experience is advantageous.
• Experience in high-volume hourly and Skilled Trades recruiting.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing diversity recruiting strategies.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills to engage both stakeholders and candidates.
• Experience in recruiting across various levels and functions (professional, technical, leadership).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Openness to travel for site visits, recruiting events, and training as necessary.
