This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to the offer stage.
• Identify, screen, and interview applicants for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with clients to establish hiring requirements and develop effective talent pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding the speed and quality of hires.
• Utilize Workable to monitor candidates and optimize the recruitment process.
• Establish and manage ATS automations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while fostering strong relationships.
• Work in partnership with US-based clients and internal teams to synchronize hiring strategies.
• Create and implement processes and procedures aimed at improving team efficiency and organization, thereby optimizing overall operations.
• A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting, preferably in tech or high-volume hiring.
• Prior experience in recruiting for US or English-speaking organizations.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – must be adept at communicating with US clients.
• Proven history of achieving SLAs and delivering high-quality hires.
• Experience in sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, designers, etc.).
• Proficient in Workable or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with experience in setting up automations.
• Capability to manage multiple roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a startup or small team setting is preferred.
• Team management experience is an advantage.
• Compensation: $1,800 - $2,200 USD/month OTE
• Paid Time Off (PTO) & holidays
