This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Sourcing. Attract and identify candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Review resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Interviewing. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Advertising. Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases while tracking recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Work alongside HR and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting. Search for talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Employ an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and ensure accurate candidate records.
• Enthusiasm. Eager to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences, moving candidates swiftly through the pipeline.
• Presentation. Professionally represent our company to prospective hires, generating excitement about opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. Ability to grasp what Spiralyze does and how various roles function, effectively communicating this to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. Skilled at recognizing the importance of detail when reviewing resumes and corresponding with candidates.
• Organization. Capable of tracking various candidates for multiple roles, including their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.
• Communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools is essential.
• Nice to Have. Experience in hiring or working with UI/UX designers is favorable; understanding design roles and creative portfolios is advantageous.
• Entry-Level (0-3 years of experience). We encourage recent graduates and early-career professionals with a demonstrated interest in the HR industry to apply!

• Full-time role with semi-flexible working hours. 8-hour workday during the core hours of 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST; start and end times are flexible, and hours can be divided into multiple blocks within this timeframe.
