This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment requirements, develop job descriptions, and formulate talent strategies that align with organizational objectives;
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers, primarily within Latam (focusing on Colombia and Costa Rica) and North America (the USA and Canada);
• Ensure a superior candidate experience by embodying the company’s values throughout the recruitment journey;
• Proactively establish talent pipelines through direct sourcing and networking within industry channels, including nurturing relationships with universities and other significant institutions;
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the recruitment process and provide market intelligence that aids in workforce planning.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment;
• Solid understanding of HR policies, talent management practices, and recruitment procedures;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building positive relationships at all levels within the organization;
• High degree of organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic setting;
