This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Overseeing the entire recruitment process within the Tech sector.
• Collaborating with hiring managers from the initial role definition to the final hiring decisions.
• Offering market insights regarding talent availability, timelines, and compensation.
• Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and various other tools.
• Conducting interviews while evaluating both competencies and cultural alignment.
• Managing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Utilizing recruitment data and metrics to enhance processes.
• Developing talent pools and fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
• Supporting employer branding efforts and representing the company in external engagements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment (either agency or in-house).
• Practical experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing abilities (LinkedIn, Boolean search).
• Proficient in conducting structured interviews (e.g., STAR method).
• Familiarity with tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.).
• A data-driven approach and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Significant impact on the development and scaling of tech teams.
• A genuine business partner role that goes beyond mere recruitment delivery.
