• Experience: Over 2 years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting.
• Execution & Ownership: Able to independently handle multiple requisitions without needing reminders.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for both client-facing and internal communications.
• Prioritization & Judgment: Proficient in triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating issues only when necessary.
• Organization: Detail-oriented, capable of managing numerous moving parts simultaneously.
