• Take charge of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to the closure of offers.

• Discover potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

• Evaluate incoming applications for essential qualifications and cultural compatibility.

• Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.

• Ensure consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Document recurring recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and cultural expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Over 2 years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting.

• Execution & Ownership: Able to independently handle multiple requisitions without needing reminders.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for both client-facing and internal communications.

• Prioritization & Judgment: Proficient in triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating issues only when necessary.

• Organization: Detail-oriented, capable of managing numerous moving parts simultaneously.
