Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes for the company within the EMEA region.

• Oversee the candidate experience throughout each stage of the recruitment cycle.

• Administer specialized recruitment systems to attract, identify, and retain top-tier talent.

• Develop a robust candidate pipeline through daily interviews.

• Achieve monthly individual recruitment targets.

• Provide outstanding service to candidates throughout the process.

• Seek out and attract skilled members for the company.

• Formulate and suggest effective recruitment strategies and methodologies.

• Actively source, network, and promote job opportunities to cultivate qualified candidate pipelines and highlight the benefits of joining RTB House.

• Utilize existing tools and technologies to source, assess, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with team members and business stakeholders regarding job positions and recruitment strategies.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates.

• Gain insight into the specific business and talent requirements of each market.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to meet objectives.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.

• Exceptional networking skills and effective communication abilities.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across various organizational levels and cultures.

• An analytical approach to managing recruitment pipelines effectively.

• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
