Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and engage independent contractors from various regions according to language needs.

• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ language abilities and qualifications.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Facilitate mass hiring initiatives.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and job specifications.

• Maintain a pool of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship management.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in talent acquisition or a comparable role.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar position.

• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to work across various time zones as required.

• Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is an advantage.
