Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for essential positions within the EMEA and AMER/LATAM regions.

• Create and execute inventive sourcing strategies aimed at attracting premier talent.

• Strengthen our employer brand to position RE Partners as a preferred employer.

• Foster ongoing enhancements in our recruitment methods and results.

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technology and consulting roles.

• Work in conjunction with the Sourcing team to deploy effective talent attraction strategies.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role requirements and synchronize recruitment strategies.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Establish and sustain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

• Offer market insights regarding industry trends and the competitive landscape.

• Keep precise data in the ATS and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

• Regularly evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to boost efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in global talent acquisition, ideally within tech services or consulting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Outstanding proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Comprehensive understanding of labor markets in the EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions.

• Cultural awareness and the capacity to tailor strategies to various regional contexts.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to work across various time zones.

• Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications (Bonus).

• Experience with innovative sourcing methods or AI-driven recruitment tools (Bonus).

• Proficiency in multiple languages common in the EMEA or LATAM regions (Bonus).
