This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to extending job offers for roles available in the United States and Canada.
• Create job postings and recruitment-related materials.
• Advertise and manage postings on career websites and other media outlets.
• Identify potential candidates through job boards, resume databases, and social media platforms.
• Leverage referral networks to find qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to discuss position requirements, candidate profiles, and the entire recruitment process.
• Review resumes and credentials to assess relevant skills and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and conduct as well as report on initial interviews.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future openings and sustain an effective talent pool.
• Manage applicant and interview outcome databases utilizing the applicant tracking system.
• Forge ongoing relationships with hiring managers to comprehend position requirements, business objectives, and recruitment needs.
• Provide insights to hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and the job market landscape.
• Cultivate an understanding of PSI's business and functional areas to attract and hire top talent.
• Serve as a point of contact for job candidates, advocate for the PSI employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Deliver progress updates and analytical recruiting reports to hiring managers and the Training & Resourcing team.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing recruiting processes and implement enhancements.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.
• Experience in recruitment within the Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industries is advantageous.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, and/or candidate management systems.
• Familiarity with interview techniques and sourcing methodologies.
• Understanding of employment law and general human resources best practices.
• Must not require a work visa for employment or ongoing employment now or at any point in the future.
