This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and developmental planning.
• Set operational KPIs, service levels, and performance expectations.
• Oversee the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition operational activities across various regions.
• Ensure the timely processing of requisitions, offer letters, system transactions, and recruitment operational requests.
• Monitor operational SLAs and service quality standards.
• Maintain candidate, requisition, and recruitment data in Workday and associated systems.
• Manage recruitment governance, approval processes, compliance, and audit preparedness.
• Support onboarding readiness and pre-employment tasks.
• Manage access, utilization, invoice tracking, and coordination with sourcing platforms.
• Identify operational risks and implement both corrective and preventive measures.
• Drive the standardization, optimization, automation, and transformation of global Talent Acquisition processes.
• Lead the documentation of processes, development of SOPs, policy creation, and governance frameworks.
• Assist with Workday enhancements, testing, implementations, and change management.
• Build collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers, Onboarding, Finance, Legal, IT, ATS support, and external sourcing vendors.
• Serve as the main operational point of contact for Talent Acquisition processes and systems.
• Lead governance meetings and report on service delivery, performance, and operational risks.
• Resolve intricate operational issues and escalations.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and service-level reports.
• Monitor recruiting operations KPIs and analyze trends.
• Present operational performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, employment regulations, global recruiting standards, data privacy requirements, and audit controls.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or Shared Services, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in leading global TA Operations or HR Operations teams.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, requisition management, offer management, onboarding coordination, and operational governance.
• Experience in developing and enhancing operational processes, policies, and SOPs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or related ATS platforms and HR technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Preferred: experience with Workday implementations, enhancements, testing, and release management.
• Preferred: knowledge of recruitment compliance, governance, and audit practices.
• Preferred: experience leading automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled recruiting technologies and workflow automation tools.
• Professional certification in Human Resources, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence is preferred.
