Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee candidate pipelines for various positions, facilitate interview processes, and maintain timely and thoughtful communication with each candidate.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers—taking complete responsibility for tasks such as resume evaluation, proactive outreach, daily screening calls, and comprehensive interview coordination.

• Maintain organization, act with urgency, and provide precise reporting.

• Contribute significantly to sourcing initiatives, employing creativity and strategy to attract outstanding talent across the U.S. and LATAM.
