Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle to attract, evaluate, and onboard skilled caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to comprehend staffing requirements.

• Create effective sourcing strategies.

• Ensure a favorable candidate experience from the initial outreach through the onboarding process.

• Advertise and manage job postings.

• Review resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.

• Conduct phone and virtual interviews.

• Keep accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Track recruitment metrics and monitor hiring progress.

• Work alongside leadership to forecast hiring needs and establish talent pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting.

• Preferred experience in recruiting caregivers, nurses, healthcare professionals, or filling high-volume operational positions.

• Strong skills in sourcing and interviewing.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
