Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire skilled caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to comprehend staffing requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from the initial outreach through to onboarding.

• Advertise and manage job postings across various job boards.

• Assess resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews.

• Keep precise candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Track recruitment metrics and monitor progress.

• Liaise with Compliance, Scheduling, and internal teams to facilitate the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting.

• Preferred experience in recruiting caregivers, nurses, healthcare professionals, or for high-volume operational roles.

• Strong skills in sourcing and interviewing candidates.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple job openings concurrently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
