Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for technical and GTM/Sales positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and finalizing candidates.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, establish hiring criteria, and accelerate the search process with efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various other channels.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Origin, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and memorable candidate experience throughout every step of the process.

• Maintain accurate and current records in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring that hiring data and candidate communications are timely and well-documented.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.

• Collaborate with the People & Operations team on employer branding initiatives, job postings, and process enhancements as we grow.

• Work with the HR Coordinator to facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably within a tech startup or high-growth setting.

• Experience in hiring for both technical and GTM/Sales roles.

• Proven sourcing abilities with a successful history of building candidate pipelines from the ground up.

• Excellent communicator who quickly establishes trust with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality or responsiveness.

• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote environment while taking significant ownership of tasks.

• Familiarity with Ashby or other ATS platforms and recruiting processes.

• Experience in recruiting within the cybersecurity or enterprise software sectors (Nice to Haves).

• Experience in developing or refining recruiting processes at an early-stage company (Nice to Haves).
