This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete hiring process. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates to extending offers — utilizing AI and contemporary tools to expedite the process while applying keen judgment where it counts.
• Proactive candidate sourcing. You take the initiative rather than waiting for candidates to apply. By leveraging outreach, data, and innovative technologies, you identify and engage top talent before competitors can.
• Collaboration with hiring managers. You partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly grasp team requirements, establish expectations, and ensure a smooth flow of candidates through the pipeline.
• Recruitment analytics. You monitor key metrics, identify potential risks early, and utilize data to estimate hiring timelines and enhance decision-making.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a product-focused or startup setting.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Practical experience with ATS platforms (we utilize Ashby).
• Proficient in working with recruiting analytics, including funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and pass-through rates, with the ability to use data for informed decision-making and early risk identification.
