This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team and clients to determine recruitment requirements.
• Set up and customize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) configurations and workflows for each campaign.
• Create and tailor communication templates for emails, WhatsApp, and job boards.
• Work alongside the marketing team to develop ad copy and sourcing strategies.
• Implement both inbound and outbound sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Review and categorize applications to pinpoint high-potential candidates.
• Use judgment based on assistant experience to create a shortlist of talent.
• Conduct brief screening calls to assess candidates for progression in the process.
• Develop and oversee candidate assessments (skills, psychometric, language).
• Create interview kits and facilitate structured interviews.
• Evaluate test results and feedback to ensure accurate candidate assessment.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout all stages.
• Provide timely rejections with clarity and compassion.
• Ensure a diverse range of skillsets and profiles within the candidate pool.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Executive or Virtual Assistance, or comparable roles.
• Knowledge of the qualities that contribute to a VA/EA's success in remote, high-performance settings.
• Eagerness to learn and implement structured recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing skills to recognize candidate strengths and concerns.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency and demonstrated experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, GTP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Comfort in providing feedback and assessing soft skills.
• Must possess a personal computer, webcam, and microphone (necessary software and subscriptions will be provided).
• Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written (C2 on CEFR Scale).
• A quiet home workspace with reliable internet access (100 Mbps or higher).
