This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer preparation, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp workforce requirements, position specifications, and the ideal candidate profiles.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Establish and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial assessments of candidates.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure candidates have a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the process.
• Keep precise candidate records and track recruiting activities in the ATS.
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance recruitment processes and overall hiring efficiency.
• Advocate for the company's employer brand via social media, networking events, industry associations, and community partnerships.
• Assist in workforce planning and proactive recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as company hiring policies.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts, which include job advertisements, hiring campaigns, and employee referral programs.
• Execute additional duties as business requirements evolve.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven experience in recruiting across various departments and professional levels.
• Preferred experience in recruiting for solar, renewable energy, engineering, construction, or EPC sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent skills in interviewing, relationship building, and candidate assessment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and various recruiting technologies.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for career fairs, networking events, hiring meetings, or project locations.
