Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct the **full recruitment cycle for Sales Manager** (briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering).

• Develop **strategies for sourcing and attracting** candidates: direct search, social media, platforms, and referrals.

• Perform screenings and interviews (competency, behavioral, case studies), evaluating motivation, soft/hard skills, and culture fit.

• Coordinate the process: organize meetings, gather feedback, and make decisions alongside hiring managers.

• Ensure a **high-quality candidate experience** and enhance the employer brand.

• Work with **analytics**: calculate metrics, draw conclusions, and suggest process improvements.

• Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and participate in joint projects and calls.

• Ensure **a large pool of candidates** is engaged during the sourcing phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

• Self-organized, detail-oriented, and a passion for structure.

• Analytical thinking: ability to work with metrics and draw conclusions.

• Proactivity, willingness to improve processes, and advocate for professional opinions.

• Experience with mass or niche vacancies.

• Interest in automation, AI, and experimentation in recruitment.

• Experience in mentoring, process improvement, and participating in HR projects.
