This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from job advertisement to the offer stage.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs, role specifications, and team objectives.
• Source and attract top-tier candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and various other channels.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews in fluent English.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and uphold candidate records within the ATS.
• Keep abreast of recruiting trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices.
• Advocate for the Injective Labs culture and values while contributing innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to foster continuous improvement.
• Identify and execute new strategies and initiatives to attract applicants and devise creative solutions for unique recruitment challenges.
• Engage in company-wide People Ops initiatives and projects as required.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sector.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance in a startup setting.
• Experience recruiting across international markets (US, Europe, Asia, or Latam) and comfortable collaborating within distributed teams.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit for highly technical roles as well as for non-technical positions.
• Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Knowledgeable about the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (preferably Ashby).
• Must possess fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
