This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Sourcing agents worldwide for language services across more than 100 languages, with a primary focus on over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting, translation, transcription, and related services.
• Engaging effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and regions, showcasing comfort with diverse English accents and expertise in conducting video and phone meetings.
• Administering assessments in both English and Spanish.
• Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintaining accurate and current employee information.
• Compiling and organizing data on candidates and agents.
• Ensuring adherence to HR compliance in line with company policies.
• Working collaboratively with various departments to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
• Managing daily administrative and HR responsibilities for the organization.
• Prior experience in the interpretation sector.
• Completed higher education studies.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems for comprehensive management of the recruitment process.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams for effective real-time collaboration and communication.
• Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Competence in utilizing social media and professional networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• A strong desire to learn all HR-related tasks efficiently and quickly.
