📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions up to the G7 level, ensuring quality hires that align with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to establish hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and facilitate smooth calibration through kickoff meetings.

• Create and execute innovative sourcing methods to cultivate diverse talent pipelines and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

• Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, providing prompt feedback, and representing Wellhub as a professional brand ambassador.

• Evaluate recruitment metrics and data to pinpoint bottlenecks, streamline processes, and formally recommend enhancements to boost the efficiency of the TA function.

• Ensure adherence to global labor laws, internal SLAs, and data integrity (cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse).

• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion by actively sourcing from underrepresented groups and addressing biases throughout the selection process.

• Work with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to facilitate smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-demand, fast-paced environments (startups or global organizations).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and practical experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for building reports and analyzing funnel metrics.

• Strong interest and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, with a proven record of utilizing AI tools to streamline daily TA tasks (e.g., drafting job descriptions, candidate ranking, or sourcing).

• Capability to use Market Intelligence and Talent Insights to identify trends and support data-driven hiring decisions.

• Proven ability to align candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial limitations.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.

• Fluent in English, as collaboration with global teams and stakeholders is required.
