This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated client groups, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requisitions, evaluation criteria, timelines, and assessing both role and organizational fit.
• Advertise job openings and manage applications using the UKG Pro ATS.
• Address incoming Talent Acquisition inquiries through Jira.
• Prioritize essential roles while managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and direct outreach efforts.
• Work alongside HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and enhance the employer brand.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill statistics.
• Maintain candidate records and produce Talent Acquisition reports.
• Generate weekly recruitment updates for various business units.
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires in collaboration with the broader HR team.
• Represent GroupHEALTH at job fairs and networking events.
• Contribute to the development of the annual recruitment strategy and budget.
• Lead and support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Create social media content for recruitment purposes, including features on new hires, employee highlights, and significant milestones.
• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the designated client group, managing open positions from start to finish.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, whether in-house or within an agency.
• A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field is an advantage.
• Background in sales or cold-calling is beneficial.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system; UKG Pro is preferred.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen and the capability to serve as a strategic advisor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
