📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting process across technical roles, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.

• Identify and attract outstanding talent that others may overlook, utilizing innovative sourcing methods, referrals, and relationship cultivation.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish effective hiring strategies, assess talent, and elevate the standard of hires with every recruitment effort.

• Conduct insightful interviews that reveal not only the technical skills but also the curiosity, ambition, and enthusiasm aligned with FirstPrinciples' mission.

• Develop significant relationships with candidates, serving as both a consultant and an ambassador for our mission.

• Continuously build and nurture talent communities to ensure ongoing connections with future exceptional hires.

• Utilize recruiting data and market insights to enhance processes, influence hiring choices, and uncover new opportunities.

• Advocate for an outstanding candidate experience that mirrors the quality of our team and culture.

• Contribute to the evolution of our hiring practices, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives as we expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a rapidly growing technology company or startup environment.

• A demonstrated history of sourcing and hiring exceptional technical talent, particularly in AI engineering, research, or other specialized fields.

• Excellent communication abilities and the skill to quickly establish trust with both candidates and hiring managers.

• A naturally inquisitive mindset; you enjoy discovering new technologies and can confidently engage with technical candidates.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools like Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• A data-oriented approach, utilizing recruiting metrics to consistently enhance results.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company where priorities shift quickly.

• An unwavering commitment to elevating the hiring standard and building teams that exceed expectations.
