📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while contributing to the creation of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.

• Global Talent Scouting: Assist in mapping and engaging elite talent from leading tech hubs and companies around the globe. You will identify and connect with candidates who are not actively applying through thoughtful outreach and robust networking.

• Smart Sourcing: Aid in the implementation of an AI-first recruitment framework. You will utilize tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels to discover exceptional talent.

• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide to ensure we remain proactive in meeting hiring needs as we continue to scale.

• World-Class Candidate Experience: Oversee the candidate journey from the initial discovery call to the final offer. Ensure that every interaction with EverAI, regardless of whether candidates join us, is clear, respectful, and of high quality.

• Interviews and Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit, providing concise, actionable feedback for Hiring Managers and Leadership.

• Hiring Operations: Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to refine hiring workflows, eliminate obstacles, and enhance our operational efficiency as we grow beyond 100 employees.

• Employer Branding and Other Initiatives: Contribute to creative projects and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world's top AI talent.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to tech recruitment.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Proven global sourcing experience: You have successfully attracted talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, enhance processes, and make a significant impact.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we are moving quickly, and we need individuals who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Humble and open to learning, willing to accept feedback.

• #NSFW - comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content.
