Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying and engaging top-tier talent from leading tech hubs and companies across the globe.

• Manage the candidate experience from the initial discovery call through to the final offer acceptance.

• Carry out structured interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes.

• Contribute to innovative projects and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for exceptional AI talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Background in a start-up or scale-up setting.

• Proven global sourcing experience: Successfully attracted talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and dedication.

• A proactive doer - able to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

• Humble and eager to learn, with a willingness to accept feedback.

• Comfortable recruiting for products based on uncensored models and content.
