Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company catering to 50 million users worldwide.

• Aid in the mapping and engagement of elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies globally.

• Support the establishment of an AI-driven recruitment framework.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive talent across the globe.

• Oversee the candidate experience from the initial discovery call to the final acceptance.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes.

• Contribute to innovative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world’s top AI talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Global sourcing experience: Proven ability to attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• You excel in a high-trust environment where you are encouraged to learn, enhance processes, and make a significant impact.
