This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and oversee job postings in BambooHR, our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying candidates through various channels to negotiating job offers.
• Design and execute creative talent sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct background checks and facilitate reference checks for applicants.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment requirements.
• Enhance key metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, candidate experience, and diverse hiring, while managing 15–20 requisitions concurrently.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to influence outcomes and achieve company goals.
• Oversee social media and email campaigns to boost employer brand visibility.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting as an in-house recruiter.
• 1–2 years of experience in handling both technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience managing 10–15 requisitions simultaneously.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates through various channels and technology tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and motivation.
• Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
• Candidates must reside in Brazil.
