This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for entry to mid-level positions throughout the organization, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation of offers.

• Assist in hiring efforts across the APAC region, collaborating closely with hiring managers from various countries.

• Create proactive sourcing strategies to discover and engage top-tier candidates within the clinical research field.

• Establish robust relationships with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment needs and formulate effective hiring strategies.

• Provide insights into the market regarding talent availability, competitor actions, and compensation trends.

• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Maintain precise records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and update hiring managers on the progress of the candidate pipeline and overall hiring performance.

• Confirm that job advertisements comply with internal guidelines and relevant legal standards.

• Advocate for Emerald Clinical as a preferred employer through LinkedIn engagement, talent outreach, and employer branding initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on recruitment campaigns and social media strategies.

• Assist with recruitment-related events such as career fairs, networking sessions, or industry conferences, as appropriate.

• Identify areas for enhancement in recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven full cycle recruitment experience in the clinical research, CRO, or life sciences industries.

• Experience in recruiting across the APAC region.

• Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate databases.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the capability to partner effectively with hiring managers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple job requisitions while ensuring quality and speed in hiring.

• Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced global environment.

• Experience in conducting structured or behavioral interviews is a plus.
