This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop innovative strategies to establish competitive recruitment campaigns that attract, retain, and nurture top-tier talent in the marketplace, positioning EGA as an employer of choice through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, trade shows, job fairs, community outreach, and employee referrals.
• Oversee the talent pipeline across various functions and create analytics to enhance recruitment efforts and candidate placements.
• Create screening and interviewing techniques that employ objective assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize its functionality and improve data collection.
• Engage in staffing planning, perform needs assessments, and meet specific client human capital demands, acting as a vital liaison between recruitment and account management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as outlined in contract guidelines for all job openings.
• Work alongside Credentialing associates to verify adherence to all pre-employment documentation, including licensing and background checks per contract specifications.
• Assist in marketing and communication initiatives related to promoting job openings and strengthening relationships with field staff.
• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee both personal and organizational success.
• Participate in ongoing enhancements of the recruitment process.
• Handle confidential information with care, upholding the highest standards of privacy.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Experience in Professional Staffing, Recruitment, and/or Human Resources, ideally within a recruitment agency and/or government contracting context; healthcare staffing experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred.
• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as HR or business is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Boolean Search techniques, ATS, CRM, and other recruitment technologies.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, or similar.
• Knowledge of job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, LinkedIn, or equivalent.
• Experience with ATS platforms like Nexus, Crelate, BambooHR, ApplicantPro, Workable, ADP, or similar tools.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Competence in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, government contracts, or regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
• Ability to effectively convey information and address inquiries from all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
