This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage the entire requisition process from start to finish: collaborating with department leaders, creating job descriptions and scorecards in Workable, sourcing candidates, screening, organizing structured interview logistics, and extending offers.
• Conduct searches simultaneously across various entities and role types while maintaining high quality standards.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Workable, free job boards, Web3-specific platforms, and outbound headhunting rather than solely relying on inbound applications.
• Develop and sustain warm talent pipelines for recurring high-volume roles (setters, closers, mentors, VAs) to ensure new requisitions have a head start.
• Identify CV fraud and AI-generated application patterns, which have been prevalent in recent hiring cycles.
• Collaborate with department leads and hiring managers across all five entities, each with distinct hiring norms and maturity levels.
• Uphold the organization’s standardized hiring process including approvals, structured interview sequences (Loom review, Talent Team interview, Hiring Manager interview, exercises, and assessments, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness of the Workable pipeline: maintaining accurate stages, notes, and candidate statuses for every open requisition.
• Generate a live recruiting report for the People & Culture Manager, detailing time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and source effectiveness by entity.
• Conduct at least two reference checks for each hire prior to extending any offer.
• Draft initial offer language that aligns with each entity's compensation structure and obtain necessary approvals before presenting to the candidate.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager and relevant finance/operations leads to finalize compensation approvals.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, showcasing the ability to hire across multiple business units, brands, or portfolio companies simultaneously—not limited to a single company’s steady pipeline.
• Capable of managing five or more concurrent searches across various functions (sales, operations, technology, finance, marketing, fulfillment, etc.) without the support of a recruiting coordinator.
• Proficient with an ATS—Workable is highly preferred—and skilled in building and maintaining structured interview scorecards.
• Possess a keen eye for identifying CV fraud and AI-generated application patterns.
• Excellent command of written English and comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones.
• A self-motivated individual who can conduct searches with minimal oversight and discern what issues require escalation.
• Nice to Have
• Previous recruiting experience in Web3, DeFi, fintech, or membership/education sectors.
• Experience in recruiting for a holding company or group structure with multiple profit and loss statements.
• Familiarity with Testlify or similar behavioral/technical assessment tools.
