This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from job alignment to proposal and closure stages.
• Conduct alignment meetings with managers to define the profile, technical requirements, and attraction strategy.
• Create and promote job openings across various recruitment channels.
• Perform resume screening and assess both technical and behavioral fit.
• Engage in active hunting, employing diverse strategies to identify qualified professionals.
• Conduct consultative outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Carry out competency-based interviews and technical interviews, evaluating behavioral aspects and fit for the role.
• Prepare structured feedback and present candidates to managers.
• Oversee the entire recruitment funnel, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritizing demands and deadlines.
• Keep the ATS updated throughout all stages of the process.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of processes, metrics, and Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection.
• Background in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Media, Performance, CRM, Data, Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in aligning profiles with managers.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment.
• Experience in resume screening and active hunting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other talent search tools.
• Experience with ATS systems for managing recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining organization and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative, organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to Recruitment and Selection.
