This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the recruitment and retention initiatives for foster homes
• Organize recruitment activities and oversee the approval process for foster homes
• Create and implement a recruitment strategy aimed at increasing capacity
• Supervise recruiters and contractors involved in the process
• Ensure that the training and retention objectives for foster parents are achieved
• Promote the agency positively within the community
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in human services or a related field
• At least two years of experience in the recruitment of foster homes
• Must possess current SAFE Certification
• Must possess current NTDC Certification
• Strong assessment skills and sound judgment are essential
• Familiarity with extendedReach, Ga Score, and Ga SHINES databases is required
• Must have a reliable automobile for work-related travel, with reimbursement for agency business mileage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary
