This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Sourcing: Attract and source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experiences, and cultural fit.
• Advertising: Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis: Maintain candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaboration: Work together with HR and hiring managers to grasp staffing needs and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting: Identify talent on various hiring platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring: Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization: Use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize processes and keep accurate candidate records.
• Enthusiasm: Eager to ask questions and learn more about candidates and their experiences, moving them swiftly through the pipeline.
• Presentation: Professionally represent our company to prospective hires, generating excitement about opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner: Grasp the functions of Spiralyze and the various roles, clearly communicating this information to candidates.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail when reviewing resumes and interacting with candidates.
• Organization: Capable of tracking multiple candidates across various roles, including their status, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools: Familiar with ATS tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience in hiring or working with UI/UX designers is advantageous. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be beneficial.
• Entry-Level (0-3 years of experience): We encourage recent graduates and early-career professionals with a demonstrated interest in the HR field to apply!

• Full-time role with semi-flexible hours: 8-hour workday within core hours of 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST, with flexible start/end times and the possibility to split hours into multiple blocks.
