Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting roles.

• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and recruitment strategies.

• Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Evaluate and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews.

• Organize interviews and facilitate candidate feedback with hiring teams.

• Create and sustain talent pipelines for recurring and challenging positions.

• Present qualified candidates in line with established service level expectations.

• Ensure a favorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent availability.

• Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Negotiate job offers and oversee candidate closing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Experience in recruiting talent from professional, technical, engineering, technology, consulting, or utility sectors.

• Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
