This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from role intake to closure for intricate, senior-level positions within your Core portfolio.
• Create candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive analysis, ensuring adequate depth and quality at every stage to sustain hiring momentum.
• Collaborate with senior leaders within your client groups to convert hiring requirements into effective search strategies and enhance both candidate and interviewer experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and utilize pipeline analytics to enhance hiring efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and improve results for your recruitment teams.
• Develop and execute recruiting processes and pilot initiatives that assist the team in expanding its impact across global markets.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a technology firm or a similarly fast-paced, high-growth setting, with proven success in securing senior and hard-to-find candidates.
• Proven experience in building and scaling recruitment processes in diverse global markets.
• Extensive understanding of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to interviewing and closing.
• A data-driven approach to managing pipelines, with the capability to convert recruiting metrics into strategic advice for stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI while maintaining human oversight to produce business-ready results and drive measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
