This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initiation to completion, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, managing offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Talent Sourcing & Networking: Employ a diverse range of sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and outreach to passive candidates, to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements, necessary qualifications, and team dynamics. Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Perform thorough candidate evaluations through phone interviews, behavioral assessments, and technical interviews when applicable, to assess skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Offer Management & Negotiation: Present job offers to candidates and oversee the negotiation process, ensuring satisfaction for both the candidate and the hiring manager regarding the terms.
• Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality. Utilize data to provide actionable insights and refine recruitment strategies.
• Talent Pool Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a robust talent pool is prepared for upcoming hiring requirements.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Contribute to the organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts by ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement within the recruitment process and work to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to implement the best recruitment practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools, as well as recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
