Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer assistance.

• Identify candidates through a combination of channels, such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Review resumes and perform initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role compatibility, motivation, and communication skills.

• Organize interviews, manage scheduling, and gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

• Keep candidate records in the ATS accurate and current, ensuring high data quality and consistent processes.

• Contribute to recruitment projects and process enhancements as the team grows, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

• Help maintain an organized, responsive, and efficient hiring operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or similar roles (recent graduates with a keen interest in recruiting are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
