This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated roles spanning various functions and locations.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp hiring requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and business objectives.
• Identify, screen, evaluate, and engage candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to enhance hiring strategies.
• Organize and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
• Keep precise records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide consistent hiring updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in enhancing recruitment processes, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to meet hiring objectives across the organization.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting across various functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate areas.
• Proficient in candidate assessment and interviewing techniques.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and execution.
• Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities and ambitious hiring objectives.
• Exhibits ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
• Experience in technology firms, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth companies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are advantageous.
