Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Acquire exceptional developers and designers for the Awesomic marketplace.

• Utilize our data-driven ATS (Teamtailor) to screen and select candidates.

• Cultivate excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

• Enhance and maintain our internal recruitment processes.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

• Develop innovative ideas and initiatives to boost employer branding through social media, webinars, events, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

• Strong background in high-volume recruitment of Marketing specialists.

• Proficient in English and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced in utilizing marketing/employer branding tools for recruitment (such as social media ads, landing pages, webinars, etc.).

• Possess a proactive mindset with a knack for generating ideas.

• Capable of building strong, lasting relationships with talent.

• Comfortable leveraging data to inform decision-making.

• Mature and confident in your leadership capabilities.

• Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience recruiting for a marketplace, prior experience hiring designers and developers, and previous employment in a startup or fast-paced organization.
