This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist in the talent acquisition initiatives for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with site business leaders and hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies and fill vacancies within North American operations.
• Execute innovative candidate sourcing and engagement strategies.
• Lead divisional talent acquisition projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, candidate experience, and site collaboration.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for hourly and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, phone screening, candidate selection guidance, and overseeing the offer/pre-employment process.
• Utilize ATS, Google products, TA technology, and internet sourcing tools to establish talent pipelines.
• Anticipate hiring requirements in collaboration with HR teams and business leaders.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly staffing update meetings.
• Evaluate and improve recruiting processes while participating in training sessions.
• Assess hiring trends through data-driven insights and deliver progress updates.
• Ensure effective communication across teams and manage administrative responsibilities.
• A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• A minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience is required.
• Preferred experience in high-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and internet sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines.
• Experience in advising clients on compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening post-offer as a condition of employment.
