This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned roles from start to finish, including client briefing and onboarding handover.
• Comprehend client requirements and convert them into targeted sourcing and assessment strategies.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on specific role criteria.
• Create succinct, evidence-driven candidate summaries and recommendations.
• Organize interviews, gather feedback, conduct reference checks, and manage offer-stage communications.
• Ensure timely and respectful communication with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop reusable talent pipelines for Apricot’s key roles and markets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, notes, trackers, and statuses for candidates.
• Identify delays or challenges in the hiring process early on and propose practical solutions.
• Assist in enhancing Apricot’s sourcing, screening, and recruitment methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools judiciously to aid in sourcing, research, outreach, interview preparation, and administrative tasks.
• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
• Strong skills in proactive sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Experience in managing multiple roles and stakeholders at the same time.
• Ability to differentiate authentic candidate quality from an impressive CV.
• Proficient in written and verbal English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote team environment.
• Familiarity with talent markets in MENA, North America, and Europe is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or AI-driven recruitment platforms.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about AI tools; prior AI expertise is not a prerequisite.
• Commitment to taking ownership, acting proactively, balancing candidate empathy with high-quality standards, communicating risks early, adapting to changing priorities, and using AI thoughtfully while ensuring confidentiality.
