This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Oversee all facets of the complete recruitment cycle for the organization, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage the distribution of resumes to hiring managers for evaluation, schedule interviews, and monitor status to ensure prompt feedback from hiring managers.
• Develop a talent pipeline to fulfill the organization’s staffing needs, which includes outreach to both active and passive candidates through various channels.
• Collaborate regularly with hiring managers across different business units to identify current talent shortages, organizational shifts, and swiftly modify recruitment strategies to align with business priorities.
• Build trust with the business as a reliable advisor who delivers expert guidance on the integration of talent acquisition processes, programs, and practices to enhance efficiency and boost the productivity of the TA function.
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment.
• Understanding of labor laws.
• Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
