This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee designated requisitions throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to interviews and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to gain insights into role specifications, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, sourcing tools, internal databases, referrals, and various other recruiting channels.
• Perform recruiter screenings and assess candidates against defined role criteria.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams with comprehensive and precise recruiting notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders during the interview and selection process.
• Ensure consistent communication with candidates to deliver a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep accurate records of candidates, requisitions, and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruiting activities, candidate sources, interview advancements, and other recruitment metrics.
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs.
• Engage in recruiting meetings, hiring manager intake sessions, and team planning discussions.
• Recognize recruiting challenges, candidate issues, or hiring obstacles and escalate them as necessary.
• Assist in offer preparation, candidate follow-ups, and closing activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leadership and People Operations.
• Offer suggestions and feedback aimed at enhancing recruiting processes, candidate experiences, and team productivity.
• Aid in federal contracting and growth initiatives through proposal recruiting, contingent hiring, candidate communication, recruiting research, and talent pipeline development.
• 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in an agency, in-house, RPO, staffing, or a related setting.
• Proven ability to support multiple requisitions or searches at the same time.
• Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience in conducting candidate screenings or participating in candidate evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to learn new recruiting processes, technologies, and hiring requirements.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Preferred: 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for technology, software engineering, product design, data, DevOps, or other technical positions.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting federal government contracting or related hiring.
• Preferred: Familiarity with proposal recruiting, contingent hiring, or pre-award talent pipelines.
• Preferred: Experience working directly with hiring managers.
• Preferred: Knowledge of labor categories or structured qualification requirements.
• Preferred: Experience with ClearCompany or a similar ATS.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
