This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated requisitions throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake and sourcing to interview and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to grasp role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, internal databases, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
• Perform preliminary recruiter screenings and assess candidates against defined role requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams, accompanied by clear and accurate recruiting notes and recommendations.
• Facilitate communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the interview and selection process.
• Ensure consistent candidate communication and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain precise candidate, requisition, and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruiting activities, candidate sources, interview progress, and other recruiting metrics.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for recurring and expected hiring needs.
• Engage in recruiting meetings, hiring manager intake sessions, and team planning discussions.
• Recognize recruiting challenges, candidate concerns, or hiring obstacles and escalate them appropriately.
• Assist in offer preparation, candidate follow-up, and closing activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leadership and People Operations.
• Provide insights and feedback aimed at enhancing recruiting processes, candidate experience, and team efficiency.
• Source and connect with candidates for anticipated or pre-award positions.
• Assist with contingent hiring and offer processes.
• Maintain communication with candidates associated with forthcoming contract opportunities.
• Build talent pipelines for key technical and professional skill sets.
• Support recruiting research and pipeline development for proposals and future hiring needs.
• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within an agency, in-house, RPO, staffing, or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to support multiple requisitions or searches concurrently.
• Proficient in sourcing and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in conducting candidate screenings or participating in candidate evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and fulfill commitments in a remote setting.
• Eagerness to learn new recruiting processes, technologies, and hiring requirements.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Preferred: 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for technology, software engineering, product, design, data, DevOps, or other technical roles.
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal government contracting or government-related hiring.
• Preferred: Familiarity with proposal recruiting, contingent hiring, or pre-award talent pipelines.
• Preferred: Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Preferred: Understanding of labor categories or structured qualification requirements.
• Preferred: Experience with ClearCompany or a similar ATS.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
