Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist – Vendor Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Head of Vendor Management, you will work closely with the Project Management and Sales teams to convert business requirements into actionable sourcing briefs and strategies for high-volume freelance sourcing.

• Proactively develop and maintain agile talent pools for various roles including writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.

• Reach out to, screen, and assess freelancers based on their specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and cost alignment.

• Lead effective rate negotiations to secure top talent while managing costs and margins efficiently.

• Ensure swift onboarding and compliance across global markets.

• Keep pipelines and databases organized and updated to meet rapidly arising business needs.

• Generate regular reports on sourcing statistics, open roles, pipeline health, and transparency regarding feasibility and risks.

• Work independently, taking responsibility for your workload, identifying areas for process improvements, and driving efficient yet effective sourcing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent sourcing/recruitment, with a strong emphasis on sourcing or freelance/vendor focus.

• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven history of cost-effective sourcing.

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to manage your work independently and operate with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a fast-paced, international, high-volume environment.

• Comfort with ambiguity.

• Strong capability to balance operational requirements with supplier satisfaction and client expectations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft E365, project management, or collaborative tools.

• Data management skills are highly desirable.

• High proficiency in English at a native level is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
