This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Proactively source and identify qualified caregivers (CHHA and related profiles) through various outbound channels.
• Actively engage caregivers through email, direct messaging, sourcing platforms, and other outreach methods.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregiver candidates for immediate coverage and future needs.
• Conduct initial outreach conversations to assess basic fit, availability, and interest.
• Utilize sourcing platforms, internal databases, and external networks to expand caregiver outreach.
• Track outreach activities and sourcing progress to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
• Adapt sourcing strategies based on results and market response.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing time and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing efforts with operational needs.
• Maintain professionalism and urgency in all communications with candidates.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, headhunting, or proactive recruitment.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills (email outreach, platform-based sourcing, direct messaging).
• Familiarity with caregiver hiring environments or healthcare (preferred).
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
