This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take initiative to source and pinpoint qualified caregivers (CHHA and similar profiles) through various outbound channels.
• Engage actively with caregivers via email, direct messaging, sourcing platforms, and other outreach strategies.
• Develop and sustain a steady pipeline of caregiver candidates to address immediate and future coverage needs.
• Conduct initial outreach discussions to evaluate basic compatibility, availability, and interest.
• Utilize sourcing platforms, internal databases, and external networks to enhance caregiver outreach.
• Monitor outreach activities and sourcing progress to guarantee a continuous flow of candidates.
• Adjust sourcing strategies according to results and market feedback.
• Operate independently with minimal oversight, effectively managing time and priorities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure sourcing efforts align with operational requirements.
• Uphold professionalism and urgency in all communications with candidates.
• At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, headhunting, or proactive recruitment.
• Strong skills in outbound sourcing (including email outreach, platform-based sourcing, and direct messaging).
• Familiarity with caregiver or healthcare staffing environments is preferred.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
